All issues raised by patients are recorded and improvements to services monitored.
Complaints
Canberra Imaging Group has a Quality Improvement Program in place for the ongoing monitoring, updating and improvement of patient services and care.
Complaints from patients will be taken on board as constructive feedback and an opportunity for improvement.
